Promotional Tamper Evident Neck Bands

Shrink Sleeve Neck Bands

Promotional Tamper Evident Neck Band

Promotional tamper evident neck bands are a flexible and adaptable solution for a variety of packaging materials, including plastic, glass, and metal containers. These bands are applied to the packaging to indicate if the product has been tampered with or compromised during transport or storage. Shrink sleeve tamper neck bands are a popular option for protecting oral solid bottles, liquid-filled bottles, vials, and syringes. The tamper neck band can be easily slipped over the container’s cap or top, and then heat-sealed to conform to the cap and shoulder of the container, creating a tight seal. This seal provides clear evidence that the container and its contents have not been tampered with. Tamper neck bands can be designed in clear, printed black, white, or in color, and can be customized with messaging, branding, and other security features to meet the specific needs of the product and brand.

Tamper Evident Labels and Seals Overview

Tamper-evident labels come in several forms, including destructible, frangible, and voiding labels. Destructible labels, also known as brittle or fragile labels, break apart when removed, indicating that the package has been tampered with. Frangible labels, on the other hand, break apart or show evidence of tampering when the package is opened or otherwise manipulated. Voiding labels, as previously mentioned, leave behind a message or image when removed, indicating that the package has been tampered with.

Carton seals leave a void message, label material, or cause noticeable damage to the packaging to indicate if the product has been tampered with.

Tamper-evident shrink can be designed as a full-graphic body shrink, seamlessly integrating this security feature into the package’s aesthetics. Alternatively, they can be used as tamper-evident bands for bottles.

Void labels identify a compromised item by leaving a message on both the label and the item it is affixed to. These labels can be custom printed with logos, images, or messages to provide an additional layer of security.

The benefits of tamper-evident labels are numerous. These labels act as a first line of defense against tampering, deterring potential thieves or tamperers from attempting to access the contents of the package. If tampering does occur, the tamper-evident label will indicate this, allowing the recipient to refuse delivery or investigate further. Additionally, tamper-evident labels can provide peace of mind to customers, assuring them that the product they receive has not been tampered with during transit. Finally, the use of tamper-evident labels can help protect a brand’s reputation, as customers are more likely to trust companies that take the necessary steps to ensure the security of their products.

Twinsert pharmaceutical leaflets – Twin-Serts

Twinsert pharmaceutical leaflets, also known as Twin-Serts or Twin-Leaflets, are a type of folded leaflet commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry. These leaflets are designed to provide detailed information about a medication or medical device to patients and healthcare providers.

Twinsert leaflets are called “twin” leaflets because they combine two separate leaflets into one package. This allows for the inclusion of more information in a smaller package size, which is beneficial for pharmaceutical companies looking to reduce packaging costs and environmental impact.

Braille Labels

Pharmaceutical braille is a tactile writing system used to label medication packaging for individuals who are visually impaired or blind. Pharmaceutical braille labels are designed to provide important information about the medication, including dosage, administration instructions, and warnings, in a format that can be easily read and understood by individuals with visual impairments.

Pharmaceutical braille labels are typically created using a special printing process that embosses the braille text onto the label material. This process creates a raised surface that can be felt by touch, allowing individuals with visual impairments to read the label with their fingertips.
